- Upon receipt of the order made by www.safarisuithotel.com is sent a confirmation e-mail.
- All prices quoted are in € (Euro) and understood incl VAT.
- At the time of reservation we require a deposit equivalent to 20% of total .
- In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded but credited to a future reservation at www.safarisuithotel.com.
- There are no oral subsidiary agreements, the exemptions are only valid if agreed in writing by ITS SIDE TUR. and the customer.
- The place of jurisdiction for both parties is CH-6535 Roveredo (GR) .
Terms & Condition of airport transfer

A taxi will collect you from the airport/port. This will be for your own personal use and will not be shared with any other travelers. Upon arrival into your chosen airport or location a representative will be waiting for you. There is no need to wait or find a taxi locally or take a shuttle service that will stop at all the different hotels en-route in the destination. We recommend this transfer if you are looking to arrive and depart hassle free!

Shuttles are a great value way of getting to your location. A shuttle will run on scheduled times from airports and a maximum 45 minutes waiting time might be required with stops en-route to drop off/pick up other clients at their chosen location.
- Condition of transfer
Full payment of your transfer is due at the time of booking (Bank transfer or paypal payment).
The following cancellation policy applies.
- Inside 14 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees - no monies will be refunded.
- 15 - 60 days prior to the departure date 25% of the cost of the booking will be charged.
- Outside of 60 days of departure a 10% administration fee per booking will be charged.
